Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Thermoslate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Thermoslate is an iOS application that translates Thermomix Cookidoo recipes from their original language into a language of your choice using artificial intelligence. The translated recipes are saved directly to your Cookidoo account.

The App requires a valid Cookidoo account (provided by Vorwerk) to function. Thermoslate is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vorwerk or Cookidoo.

3. User Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
• You must own a valid, active Cookidoo account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Cookidoo credentials.
• You must comply with Cookidoo's own Terms of Service when using this App.

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

New users receive one (1) free translation to try the service.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Unlimited translations require an active Premium subscription. Subscription details:

• Billed monthly through your Apple ID.
• Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Prices may vary by region; local currency pricing applies.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Abuse the translation service through automated requests or bots.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Violate Cookidoo's Terms of Service in connection with use of this App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Muhammed Yusuf Kaya and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Recipe content belongs to its original creators and Vorwerk/Cookidoo. Thermoslate does not claim ownership of any recipe content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI translations will be 100% accurate or complete.
• The App will remain compatible with future versions of iOS or the Cookidoo platform.

AI-generated translations may contain errors. Always verify critical cooking instructions, especially temperatures, times, and quantities, before preparing food.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammed Yusuf Kaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Cookidoo, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct of these third parties.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
