Thermoslate needs your Cookidoo credentials to fetch recipes and save translations directly to your account. Your password is stored only on your device using iOS Keychain — it is never stored on our servers permanently.
First, make sure the recipe URL is a valid Cookidoo link. Check your internet connection, then try again. If the problem persists, contact us with the recipe URL and we'll investigate.
After a successful translation, open the Cookidoo app → My Recipes → Created Recipes. The translated recipe will appear there.
Go to iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Thermoslate → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. If the issue persists, contact us at thermoslateapp@gmail.com with your Apple ID and we'll sort it out quickly.
Yes! In the My Recipes screen, tap the thumbs-down icon on the translated recipe. This sends feedback to our system which improves future translations for that recipe.
No. Thermoslate is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vorwerk or Cookidoo. You need your own valid Cookidoo account to use this app.
Most translations complete within 60–90 seconds. Complex recipes with many steps may take a little longer.
